Carter conducted a planning study and an audit and provided campaign counsel to support the organization in funding two new clubs and its first-ever endowment.

In this multi-organizational engagement, Carter worked with the organizations’ Boards and leadership to develop forward-thinking strategic plans for each organization, as well as a comprehensive intersection that serves the entire physical property and collective organization.

Carter conducted a planning study and provided campaign counsel for the Boldly BL campaign that far surpassed its original campaign goal of $15 million, raising $23.1 million, the largest capital campaign in the school’s history.

Carter provided counsel and helped coordinate the $10 million campaign’s logistics, communication strategy, and internal strategy.

Carter provided strategic planning, governance and campaign counsel to support The Bishop Museum of Science and Nature in raising $18 million to transform its campus.

Carter conducted a special study of the National Geographic Society’s philanthropic practices and provided counsel to help senior management focus on a long-term vision for NGS.

Carter worked alongside MMCC in numerous capacities to help build and enhance a sustainable fundraising program and strengthen their volunteer leadership.

Carter provided specialized counsel to the board, board chairs, campaign committee, advancement office, and communications team to facilitate the achievement of the school’s ambitious goal.

Carter conducted a planning study and provided ongoing campaign counsel to ensure the success of Helping Up Mission’s campaign, which raised over $62 million to open a Center for Women and Children, a 145,000-square-foot facility.
