Kimberly Stevenson Parks is a respected and accomplished nonprofit professional with three decades of fundraising and management experience. Kimberly has dedicated her career to fundraising and brings deep expertise in the higher education and independent school sectors to the Carter team. Her experience includes senior-level positions with prestigious educational institutions, including Loyola University Maryland, McDaniel College, and St. Paul’s School for Girls.

Kimberly is skilled at guiding our partners through campaign planning and implementation; fundraising assessments, planning and counsel; and major gifts coaching. She is experienced in working alongside Boards to ensure effective governance practices and success, as well as in building foundational structures in advancement/development offices through staffing, programs, strategic communications, and more.
