Richard brings more than 30 years of executive, leadership and frontline fundraising experience to his work and serves nonprofit organizations by empowering them to identify opportunities, fully address their fundamental purpose, and execute a timely path to realize those opportunities. His previous experience includes supporting development operations and multiple eight-figure campaigns in senior leadership and major gifts positions for Virginia Tech, Johns Hopkins University, the National Cathedral School, and the White House Historical Association.
