Bradley brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across higher education and nonprofit organizations, with expertise in organizational transformation, governance, and leadership development. He partners with organizations to strengthen governance, build operational capacity, and create sustainable pathways for long-term impact. A relational leader and systems builder, Bradley has served in senior leadership roles at major institutions, including the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, The University of Alabama at Birmingham, and James Madison University.

Bradley’s focus at Carter is working with our partners in organizational planning, strategic visioning, executive coaching, capacity building, interim leadership and staff development, and board governance. He helps navigate change by bringing structure, strategic clarity, and relationship-centered leadership to complex challenges.
