Her success in crafting and guiding high-performing teams and operations is realized through strategic and visionary planning, fostering genuine transformational relationships, engaging and inspiring stakeholders and teams, and establishing impactful collaborations that drive sustainable growth for missions, staff, and boards. Melissa’s diverse expertise includes work in the arts, human services, healthcare, foundation, and education sectors. Melissa has held executive-level positions with The Sarasota Ballet, Abilities First, Inc. in New York, and the Elant Foundation, which supports a $100 million healthcare system. She has also served in numerous volunteer leadership positions.
