Michelle brings almost 20 years of experience as a senior development leader and fundraiser. She brings expertise in building and strengthening fundraising programs that drive sustainable growth and long-term success for nonprofits and in guiding up to $1 billion fundraising campaigns. Before joining Carter, Michelle served in leadership roles at Drexel University, Jefferson Health and the Moffitt Cancer Center. Michelle currently serves on the board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Southwest Florida Chapter.
