What I enjoy most when working with a partner
My role is to help board members and nonprofit executives work together to unleash their organization’s potential. I focus on creating dynamic and engaging strategic planning processes, visioning exercises and governance programs that inspire board members to embrace their pivotal role as chief advocates for the organization.
