My experience building relationships on behalf of non-profits began with my first job as assistant director of development and director of alumni relations at my undergraduate college. In the subsequent 30+ years, I continued to build relationships in higher education and with human services organizations plus I honed my skills in raising transformational gifts, with an emphasis on individual giving.

I bring the experience of managing advancement teams numbering 10 – 150 staff members as well as motivating volunteer leaders to be the lynch-pins for reaching organizational stretch goals of up to $1 billion.
