With over 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, over the course of his career, and in partnership with colleagues, trustees and volunteers. Arthur has successfully led development programs, established supporting organizations and facilitated mergers to increase organizational impact. His experience includes serving as Vice President of Development and Communications for Magee-Womens Research Institute and Foundation, where he led revenue growth from $250,000 to $13.5 million. Prior to that, he led the establishment of the St. Margaret Foundation and served as Executive Director for nine years.
