World Vision wanted to embark on its first major gift campaign, with a goal of raising $500 million to help more than 20 million people across the globe. Part of our challenge was to also create a culture for major and mega giving — versus one that focused primarily on annual transactional giving.
We provided overall counseling and coaching on major/mega gift identification, processes and solicitation strategies, working with senior development staff and the CEO.
